SHIPPING POLICY

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

1. Order processing

Standard orders (perfumes and decants) are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days after the order is received/confirmed. Mystery boxes are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery methods

All deliveries are made by the courier company Speedy, to your choice of: a Speedy office, a locker (Speedy Shop) or a personal address in Bulgaria.

3. Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders over 70 euros. Below that amount, delivery with Speedy costs 2.90 euros to an office or locker and 3.99 euros to an address. Cash on delivery adds an extra fee of 1.40 euros.

4. "Inspection" option

The "Inspect before payment" option is available only for standard orders (perfumes and decants). To preserve the surprise and for hygiene reasons, this option does not apply to mystery boxes; they are shipped without the right to open them on the spot in front of the courier.

5. Tracking your parcel

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to follow the status of your delivery.

6. Damaged, lost or undelivered parcels

If you find damage, a missing parcel or a discrepancy, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (or of the expected delivery date), attaching photos and a description of the problem. The 24 hour deadline is needed so that we can file a claim with the courier in time for transport damage. It does not limit the consumer's rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity of goods.

7. International delivery

At the moment we deliver only within Bulgaria.
