This website is operated by MPP Commerce EOOD, UIC 208910802, with registered office and address of management at 3 Lev Tolstoy St., Plovdiv, Bulgaria, email info@swiftscent.com, phone +359 87 537 3273 (the trader). SwiftScent is the trading name under which the company sells. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SwiftScent. SwiftScent offers this website, including all information, tools and services available on this site, to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Services.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

  • SwiftScent offers high quality perfume decants, original perfumes and surprise mystery boxes.
  • All prices on the site are stated in euros (EUR) and are final for the consumer.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time without notice.
  • Free gift sample: when ordering products worth over 80 euros, a free gift sample is automatically added to the order. The gift has no cash value and is offered while stocks last. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal and returns products so that the order value falls below 80 euros, they must also return the gift unopened. If the gift is not returned, its value is deducted from the refund amount.
  • Levels and VIP club: depending on the total value of their paid orders, the customer receives Bronze (from 100 euros), Silver (from 250 euros) or Gold (from 500 euros) level. A Silver customer receives a free gift sample with every order over 50 euros. A Gold customer receives a personal invitation to SwiftScent's private community (VIP club) with early access to news, special offers and limited products. The level is calculated automatically. Declined, cancelled and returned orders do not count, and returning products may change the level. Level benefits have no cash value and may change; changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • Wheel of fortune: each customer may take part once. The discount code won is personal, valid for one order under the stated conditions and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If the same customer takes part multiple times, the codes won become invalid. Discount codes, including promotional codes, apply only to decants and do not apply to ?box mystery boxes.
  • The Vault: limited products in single pieces, released on a pre announced day and time. Quantities are strictly limited, and orders are processed in the order they are received.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • The website's services are intended only for persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age.
  • Orders are accepted through the website's online interface at any time.
  • There are two payment methods: cash on delivery (cash or card when Speedy delivers) and online payment by bank card (Visa/Mastercard).

3. DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard orders (perfumes and decants) are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Mystery boxes are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after the order is confirmed.
  • All deliveries are made by the courier company Speedy to a selected office, locker or personal address in Bulgaria.
  • Inspection option: the "Inspect before payment/receipt" option applies only to standard orders (perfumes and decants). Due to the nature of the product and the need to preserve the surprise and hygiene, the inspection option in front of the courier does not apply to mystery boxes, and they are shipped without the right to open them on the spot.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

By law, the consumer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, with the return shipping costs borne entirely by the buyer.

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are strictly met:

  • The product is completely unused;
  • The original packaging and protective elements are fully intact;
  • There are no signs whatsoever of opening, spilling, spraying or testing;
  • The return is formally requested within 14 days of receipt;
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or confirmation email).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the Standard withdrawal form or any other unequivocal written statement sent to info@swiftscent.com.

Hygiene exceptions under Art. 57(5) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act:

  • Individually prepared decants and perfumes: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic products and perfumes can be returned only if they have not been opened or tested. Once the packaging or protective seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
  • Mystery boxes: mystery boxes can be returned within 14 days only if the outer protective packaging of the products inside (cellophane, protective sticker or seal) is fully intact, unopened and shows no signs of use. Once the protective packaging of the box itself has been opened, the goods lose the right to be returned.

5. REFUNDS

5.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the trader refunds the amount paid within 14 days.

5.2. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5.3. The trader may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the customer has provided proof of shipment.

5.4. If shortages, use or reduced value of the product are found, the trader may make a partial refund or refuse a refund entirely.

6. NON CONFORMITIES, DEFECTS AND WRONG SHIPMENTS

6.1. The customer must check the parcel upon receipt. Mystery boxes are an exception, as the on the spot inspection option in front of the courier does not apply to them.

6.2. In case of a wrong product, transport damage or missing items, the customer should notify the trader within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product and packaging and a description of the problem. The 24 hour deadline is needed so that we can file a claim with the courier in time for transport damage. It does not limit the consumer's rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity of goods.

6.3. After review, the trader may offer a replacement, a partial or full refund, or reshipment of the product.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The trader is not liable for:

  • Improper storage of the product after delivery;
  • Changes in the scent characteristics due to external factors (temperature, light, improper closing);
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with a fragrance, provided the product sent fully matches its description.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including texts, photos, logos and design, is the property of SwiftScent or is used with due permission. Copying, distributing or using the content without express written consent is prohibited.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes are resolved by mutual agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg), including its conciliation committees, for out of court dispute resolution.
