Pour Homme Intense is a men's fragrance by Azzaro from 2015, created by perfumer Olivier Pescheux. It is a warm aromatic scent with a boozy character, where cinnamon in the opening flows into a heart of brandy and Haitian vetiver, while a base of amber and tonka bean stays sweet and enveloping. It is perfect for the colder months and is stylistically reminiscent of fragrances such as Bentley for Men Intense, Viktor&Rolf Spicebomb and Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male.

Fun fact: later Azzaro bottles, made after the brand became part of L'Oréal, carry a different type of batch code made of letters instead of digits. The first letter shows the production year and the second the month, so even the newer bottles keep their own secret stamp with their birth date, just written in a different alphabet than the older ones.
