Enclave is a warm oriental woody scent where the freshness of spearmint and cardamom meets frankincense, amber and leather. Spicy cinnamon and pink pepper on top, rose, frankincense, patchouli and vetiver at the heart, and a velvety base of amber, labdanum and a soft leather accord. An Eau de Parfum from 2020, created by perfumer Julien Rasquinet for Amouage.
The scent is fresh and warm at once, spicy, resinous and very refined. Perfect for evenings, special occasions and cool days when you want to smell expensive. A unisex fragrance that suits men and women equally well.

The story behind the scent
Enclave is inspired by the nature of Oman. The scent paints the fjords of Musandam at sunset, where rocky mountains plunge straight into the sea. The fresh spearmint is the sea breeze, while frankincense, amber and spices are the sun baked rocks.
The fragrance belongs to the Renaissance collection, unveiled in 2020 together with Crimson Rocks, Ashore and Meander. With it Amouage opened a new chapter in its history, and Enclave is one of the best loved scents of the line.
Amouage is a luxury perfume house from the Sultanate of Oman, founded in 1983 to show the world the rich Arabian perfume tradition. Oman is home to the most precious frankincense in the world, which is why frankincense appears in so many of the brand's fragrances. Amouage is one of the most respected names in niche perfumery.

Feel and longevity
Enclave opens fresh and spicy, with spearmint, cardamom and cinnamon. Frankincense and rose then make it deeper and more resinous, and the dry down leaves warm amber with labdanum and fine leather. Longevity is very good and projection is strong. Best worn in autumn and winter, day and evening.
